Lynne LaFond DeLuca Lynne LaFond DeLuca joined the Beverly Clark team in June, 2007 as the Sr. Vice President, Business Development and Education. She has an absolute passion for training people in the hospitality industry to perform at their maximum level. Lynne has been in the hospitality industry for 19 years and began her career in the hotel industry, earning the distinction of becoming the youngest General Manager of a hotel at the time in Beverly Hills, California. Lynne then moved into the Private Club Industry with ClubCorp, Inc. She held the positions of Vice President, Private Events and Vice President, Membership and Sales.
Kerry Lee DickeyKerry Lee Dickey has been in the people business since the age of three, when she first started seating guests in her family's four Santa Barbara restaurants. She began her adult career by producing special events at Nordstrom, then became Director of Special Events for an historic inn, where she developed an implemented training programs for in-house staff to ensure success. After several years in the hospitality industry, Kerry Lee started her own event planning business and has planned hundreds of weddings and corporate/private events. Kerry Lee has teamed with Beverly Clark on a variety of special projects. The Beverly Clark Hospitality Training Program is their most recent collaboration.
Penelope PaineAuthor/consultant Penelope C. (Penny) Paine has provided educational training workshops throughout the United States. A graduate of the University of London, she has authored and created six award-winning children's books, and has worked with Beverly on several of her books, including Bridal Showers and her beautiful coffee-table book, Weddings: A Celebration. In addition to developing her own line of books and products for children at weddings under the name Paper Posie, Penny is an expert on multicultural issues and wedding traditions.
