At the end of each lesson is a short quiz that each participant needs to complete in order to access the next lesson. These quizzes are in either multiple choice or true/false format. Once each quiz is answered correctly, you will be able to move on to the following lesson.
Upon successful completion of the program, which includes quizzes, homework assignments and the final exam, all graduates will receive Beverly Clark Hospitality Training Certification, a prestigious honor recognized by industry professionals and clients all over the United States. In addition to a formal certificate, graduates will also have the right to use the Beverly Clark Hospitality Training Certification logo on all your cards and stationery.
